Returns and Exchange Information

All our products are backed up by a full, non-quibble money back guarantee.

If the item you received is not what you hoped for, you may return it for a refund or a store credit within 30 days from the day you received it. The item must be returned IN NEW CONDITION and in its original package. 


If you are returning your purchase because merchandise is defective, a full credit minus shipping fees will be granted.  If merchandise has no defects, a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed.


NOTE: The 30 Day Return Policy is not applicable to any custom or special order, engraved pieces, sized merchandise,  and wall art decor.


Supplement Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.

To return an item, please follow 3 simple steps:

Step # 1: Please Contact us at, to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package.

Step #2: Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, please pack it as securely as possible, to avoid damage while in transit.

Step #3 Ship the parcel following the instructions given on your return authorization email. Please write the return authorization number clearly on the label.

You can ship via U.S. Postal Service, or any insured courier. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process.


Any parcel returned without an RMA will be refused.


Cosmetics Return Policy

Our creams and cosmetics have been tested by us and they are offered with our full support.


If for some reason, one of our products is not suitable to you, you might return the unused portion for a partial refund (30% of the value of the product), within 30 days of delivery. This offer is only applicable to the first jar or package of any product.


Any additional jars/packages must be in new, sealed condition to obtain a refund (shipping and handling fees are not refundable and a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed). You must request a RMA (return authorization number) at before shipping back any products!


Exchanges or Request for Store Credit

If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for another selection or store credit, provided the first purchase is returned within 30 days of shipment.  No re-stocking fee will be deducted on exchange requests.

If you prefer an exchange to a refund, we will issue you full credit, which you can apply to the purchase of another selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that special or custom order items, engraved or sized merchandise, and wall art decor are not returnable or exchangeable.  SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
