BOHEMIA STYLE accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD, DINERS, JCB and CARTE BLANCHE credit cards or debit cards for web, fax and phone orders. Just select "Credit Card" as a payment method. Your purchase will appear in your credit card statement under "Inter& Trading" or "Trades International".


We also accept COMPANY OR PERSONAL CHECKS (US, Canadian or Mexican banks only, drawn in US Dollars) and MONEY ORDERS (US and International, drawn in US Dollars). We can process US, Canadian or Mexican checks online, via Vericheck. Just select "eCheck" as a payment option, and provide us with your check's information. Note that merchandise will be shipped once funds clear.

Secure Ordering

All online transactions at the BOHEMIA STYLE web site are handled with with state of the art 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then is partially decoded when it gets to us (we only see the last four digits of any credit card). Our merchant provider receives the scrambled information to process your charge or debit.

That means that no human being ever has access to your financial information, therefore eliminating any possibility of mishandling or unscrupulous use. This gives you even more privacy and security that any standard phone or mail order process!

After 30 days from the time of order, all scrambled credit card numbers are automatically purged from our store. We won't even have access to the last four digits of your credit card!

What if one item will delay the entire order?

If you have a larger order and one item is going to cause a significant delay, we will usually ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment.

Am I charged before my order ships?

We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to ship. If your items are back ordered then you will not be charged until they are ready to ship.

Where does my order ships from?

Your order will be sent form Miami, Florida.  In the unlikely event that the item you purchased is not in stock in Miami, one of our regional offices will take over the order not to delay its shipment.  Note that we will cover any extra postage charge we might incurr:  you will always pay local shipping costs!  We will cover any custom duties that might apply (every items is sent FREE DOMICILE)

Note that special orders, customized or sized items usually ship from factory:  we also pay any extra shipping charges as a courtesy to you!

Return Policy

All our products are backed up by a full, non-quibble money back guarantee.

If the item you received is not what you hoped for, you may return it for a refund or a store credit within 30 days from the day you received it. The item must be returned IN NEW CONDITION and in its original package. 

If merchandise is defective, a full credit minus shipping fees will be granted.  If merchandise has no defects, a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed.  NOTE: The 30 Day Return Policy is not applicable to any custom or special order, engraved pieces, sized merchandise,  and wall art decor.

To return an item, please follow 3 simple steps:

Step # 1: Please Contact us at returns@bohemia-style.com, to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package.

Step #2: Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, please pack it as securely as possible, to avoid damage while in transit.

Step #3 Ship the parcel following the instructions given on your return authorization email. Please write the return authorization number clearly on the label.

You can ship via U.S. Postal Service, or any insured courier. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process.

Cosmetics Return Policy

Our creams and cosmetics have been tested by us and they are offered with our full support.

If for some reason, one of our products is not suitable to you, you might return the unused portion for a partial refund (30% of the value of the product), within 30 days of delivery. This offer is only applicable to the first jar or package of any product.

Any additional jars/packages must be in new, sealed condition to obtain a refund (shipping and handling fees are not refundable and a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed). You must request a RMA (return authorization number) at returns@bohemia-style.com before shipping back any products!

Exchanges or Request for Store Credit

If you prefer, you may exchange your bohemia-style.com purchase for another selection or store credit, provided the first purchase is returned within 30 days of shipment.  No re-stocking fee will be deducted on exchange requests.

NOTE: The 30 Day Exchange or Request for Store Credit Policy is not applicable to any custom or special order, engraved pieces, sized merchandise,  and wall art decor.

Please note that special or custom order items, engraved or sized merchandise, and wall art decor are not returnable or exchangeable.  SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Frequent Customer Points Program

Receive reward points in every order, that can be used on future purchases!  Every point  earned equals $1.00 of buying power.  Our system keeps track of all the points earned on all your purchases.  When you are ready to trade them, use them as real money and pay your purchase (partially or completely) with earned points.  This is one more way Bohemia Style helps you SAVE!
